Delivery and Returns Policy
UK Delivery
Orders are despatched within 1-3 business days
Free delivery on all UK orders over £50
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked and should arrive 2-4 business days after despatch.
International Delivery – we do not ship outwith the United Kingdom at this moment, any orders taken in error will be fully refunded.
Returns
We accept returns for items that have arrived damaged or faulty. You must contact us first via email and report the problem along with your order number and photos to sales@smellycoo.com
Items will only be refunded when item is returned to us. We will only reimburse postage costs up to a maximum of £3.99 once we receive you parcel. We will require proof of postage and tracking. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.
If your order is missing any items then please send a photo of the products received, note of what’s missing, your order number and picture of the packaging to sales@smellycoo.com

We do not accept returns for used or partially used items or products that you do not like the scent of as scent is subjective.
If you haven’t received your order
If after 10 business days you have not received your order and the tracking hasn’t provided an update then we will arrange to send out a replacement.
